The goods are delivered at the costs indicated in the products on offer. Any import sales tax and customs, processing, and handling charges on goods being despatched into non-EU countries are not included in the delivery and dispatch costs. They will have to be paid before the delivery takes place.

Product Returns will be accepted for all stock items within 14 days. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours. I will allow store credit and exchanges for items with receipts and, if applicable, in the original, intact packaging. All credited returns and exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. Special orders and items made to order may be canceled within 24 hours of receipt of payment - a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
